Like all good relationships, it is necessary to pray, seek and listen to God.
You can praise God and express gratefulness. You can confess your weaknesses and ask for strength. You can also worship God for his creation, kindness and mercy. Remember, this is a personal relationship and one, that is is eternal.
The word woe is most often used to warn people of impending danger, misery or sorrow. It is necessary for mankind to obey God and to allow the living God to bless us. Remember chastisement is for our benefit because it yields a peaceful fruit.
God is extremely organized and has the whole world in his hands. Everything from salvation to the structured order of a family. His word (Bible) is filled with wisdom, which will benefit all who listens and obeys. To some, "Get in your place" may sound shameful and degrading. Society and the devil are responsible for this misconception. To get in your place simply means to assume your position or role in an orginization whether it be a church or a marriage.
